Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the services of SKY MOON DOCUMENT CLEARANCE ("Company," "we," "our," or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

Services Description

SKY MOON DOCUMENT CLEARANCE W.L.L provides the following services in the Kingdom of Bahrain:
  • Business setup and commercial licensing assistance
  • PRO (Public Relations Officer) and Mandoob services
  • Document clearance, attestation, and legalization
  • Visa and immigration services
  • Administrative and corporate support services

Client Responsibilities

As our client, you agree to:
  • Provide accurate and complete information and documents required for services
  • Ensure all documents submitted are genuine and legally obtained
  • Respond promptly to requests for additional information or documentation
  • Pay agreed-upon fees in a timely manner
  • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations of the Kingdom of Bahrain

Payment Terms

  • Service fees are quoted before work begins and must be agreed upon in writing
  • Payment may be required in advance or upon completion, depending on the service
  • Government fees, stamps, and other official charges are separate from our service fees
  • All payments are in Bahraini Dinars (BHD) unless otherwise agreed

Processing Times

While we strive to complete all services as quickly as possible, processing times depend on government department workloads, document complexity, and other factors beyond our control. Estimated timelines are provided in good faith but are not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by government authorities or incomplete documentation provided by clients.

Limitation of Liability

  • We act as facilitators between clients and government authorities; final decisions rest with the authorities
  • We are not responsible for application rejections by government departments
  • Our liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific service in question
  • We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages

Confidentiality

We maintain strict confidentiality of all client information and documents. Your data will only be shared with government authorities as required to complete requested services, or as required by law. We implement appropriate security measures to protect your information.

Cancellation and Refunds

  • Cancellation requests must be made in writing
  • Refunds are subject to the stage of service completion
  • Government fees already paid are non-refundable
  • Administrative charges may apply for cancellations

Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Bahrain. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bahrain.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
